Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’)


Since it began operations in June 2021, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) has established itself as the central authority for prosecuting offenses detrimental to the financial interests of the EU.

The second edition of this commentary on the EPPO Regulation reflects all current developments and landmark judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union, including:
- the EPPO’s Rules of Procedure
- relevant CJEU case law concerning the EPPO, in particular
- judgment C-281/22 on cross-border investigative measures, and
